ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in the Precision Marksman Series involves firearms, live ammunition, shooting activities, uneven terrain, vehicles, equipment, weather conditions, and other inherent risks that may result in serious injury, death, or property damage. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in this event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Precision Marksman Series, Crosshair Adventures LLC, the event organizers, directors, officers, staff, range officers, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, property owners, and their respective agents and representatives from claims arising from my participation in the event, subject to applicable law.
I agree to follow all match rules, firearm-safety requirements, range commands, and instructions from match officials. I understand that unsafe conduct may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event.
I authorize Precision Marksman Series and Crosshair Adventures LLC to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use such content for television, social media, advertising, promotional, editorial, and other lawful purposes without additional compensation.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and certify that the information provided in my registration is accurate.
